135 Kyocera panel for Winnebago

Posted: February 24, 2012 in Uncategorized

DSS installers have fitted a 135w kyocera panel to the roof of a Winnebago to give the owner more power while free camping. We also fitted a Redarc BCDC to get more charge to the batteries while the owner travels. Small upgrades like the ones done to this winnebago can mean a world of difference when it comes to free camping and touring. So why not think about having a little something extra done to make that difference?

New 12volt System for a Canopy!!!

Posted: February 14, 2012 in Uncategorized

DSS gave new life to a tired old 12volt system that was fitted into a rear canopy of a Nissan Navara. We fitted a Redarc BCDC to the exsisting battery box, we upgraded the wiring from the starting battery as 6mm was used and is far too small, we changed the battery and fitted a Fullriver DC120 and custom built an electrical panel that houses a Projecta 15amp Battery Charger, a 150w Projecta Inverter a DSS fuse block, a digital volt meter and a range of various sockets that suited the owners use. We also supplied the owner with a 110watt folding Solar Kit to help keep the system charged when away on trips.
