Glenno “Hasbeen” brought his GU patrol to the crew at Jamies Touring Solutions (DSS) and said power me up with everything 12volt! He also quietly said that he wants to run a coffee machine whilst out on his travells. Yes they really rough it on these 4×4 Action trips! So we got stuck in to it and nearly ripped every old piece of 12volt wiring out. We fitted a couple of 120ah Fullriver Agm Batteries in the rear and housed one it one of our Power Easy Units. The existing battery space under the bonnet then became the new spot for the compressor. Under the batteries now lives a 2000w Redarc inverter which is connected externally to an RCD protected outlet for easy access. The JTS team also rewired all of Glenno’s Baja Light bars tidied up a whole heap of wiring under the bonnet replaced the starting battery fitted a 40amp Redarc BCDC to charge the AUX battery on the go. We didn’t stop there, we also fitted an MSA fridge slide and wired the vehile so that he could start from the AUX batteries.

COBB & CO Nine Mile
Shane from DSS/JTS recently visited the Cobb & Co camp grounds. The camp ground located 10km south of Gympie and is highly reccomend and ticks all the boxes from the laid back camper to the camper who loves to get out and explore. In the ground you will find swimming holes which you can use for fishing, canoeing and swimming, hot water showers, toilets, kids playground and walkingtracks. The campsites are spread across the property which gives you the feel of being at a different place every time you visit. You can camp along the waterholes or in one of three large paddocks. They also offer a communial camp kitchen including the use of four gas BBQ’s.

We just wanted to say thankyou to you, Shane and all your staff for giving great service with quality workmanship.
Our first experience with DSS was with our camper trailer we had just put it up for the first time at a camper trailer meet and couldn’t get things to work properly. Shane was at this meet and went out of his way to help us and gave us a lot of tips something we will always appreciate, subsequently anything further we needed for our camper trailer we bought from you guys. So when we upgraded to a caravan and bought our new Navara we automatically came to you guys for advice and installation of all our solar, batteries and charging needs.
Again we had a very positive experience, not only did we come to you thinking we knew what we wanted/needed your staff gave unbiased opinions, didnt try to sell us things we didnt need and offered things we did need. We were very impressed with the way we were asked how we were going to be using the caravan and then options were offered you didnt just try to sell us things for the sake of a sale.
We had a budget estimate of what we thought we were going to spend and unfortunately every time I walked into the shop I added something else to the bill (hence the joke our round Australia trip started and ended at DSS) so you can say I was a bit nervous when it was time to get the invoice at the end all 3 pages and I have to say I was quite surprised at the charges very reasonable indeed.
So as we head off on our big trip around Oz we are confident that we are fully setup and prepared thanks to you guys and will be referring you to everyone we meet along the way.We highly recommend Dynamic Solar Solutions for all 12 volt, LED lighting, solar, and touring needs. Your staff show great knowledge of your products, offer great ideas, are extremely professional, reliable and very well priced also the quality of workmanship is unbelievable. You dont often come across businesses that have all these qualities but you have them all something you should be very proud of.

Wendy and Darrell Hume have just up graded from thier camper trailer to a pop top van and a brand new Navara. We set them up with every thing they required to head off on their journey around Australia. We fitted a DSS Power Easy with a built in Redarc DC-DC Charger to the Navara so they have a 120ah battery to run the fridge and we fitted an anderson plug to charge the van batteries whist on the move. Whilst the Nissan was here we also fitted a set of spotlights and a uhf that darrell had. In the van we set them up with a couple of 120ah batteries, and 300w invereter a DSS battery charger, Redarc DC-DC charger 2 140w solar panels and changed all the lights to LED’s. The Humes are now powered up so that they can run the fridge and keep the computers going for the kids school work whist traveling around.
